About DialysisCompare
DialysisCompare is a free, independent directory of all 7,557 Medicare-certified dialysis facilities in the United States, each shown with its official CMS quality star rating, services, and contact details.
We built it because the information was hard to use, not hard to find: CMS publishes excellent facility-level quality data, but the official locator is difficult to browse, and provider websites list only their own clinics. Dialysis patients travel, relocate, and switch centers — and deserve to compare every option in one place.
What we do — and don't do
- We republish official CMS data, organized for comparison. We add no ratings, reviews, or opinions of our own.
- We rank centers only by the published CMS star rating; ties are alphabetical.
- We are not affiliated with CMS, Medicare, or any dialysis provider, and accept no payment for placement.
- Nothing here is medical advice. Treatment decisions belong with you and your nephrology team.
