How to Report a Facility Data Error
- Go to the page with the problem — for example, a facility detail page or city listing.
- Scroll to the feedback box at the bottom.
- Tap the thumbs-down and describe what's wrong (outdated address, wrong phone, missing modality, closed facility).
- Submit. You do not need an account or email address.
What Happens After You Send Feedback
Every report lands in a queue that we review. When someone flags a facility or data error, we re-check that listing against the official CMS Dialysis Facility Compare dataset our site is built from. If the CMS record has changed or the information is no longer current, we correct it on the next data refresh. Because our listings come from CMS records rather than user submissions, this keeps the site accurate without guesswork.
What We Can't Help With
We are an independent directory, not a dialysis provider or a Medicare office. We cannot:
- Schedule dialysis appointments or check chair availability
- Verify insurance eligibility or benefits
- Give medical advice or recommend a specific facility for your condition
- Handle Medicare billing disputes or enrollment questions
